Overflow siphon for rainwater tanks. This valuable trap is used to prevent odours and for skimming the scum and floating debris from the water surface. DIN 100 i.e. for fitting to standard 4 inch drainpipe and many filters including the GRAF Optimax.

Do you need to know the drop and the total width of the GRAF Optimax filter fitted with this overflow siphon? Here you go:

Drop: Output pipe is 165 mm below the input pipe.

Width: Total width of the GRAF Optimax filter fitted with this overflow siphon is 780 mm. If you are preparing a tank with the input and output pipes fixed in concrete then the gap between input and output should be 780 mm or a bit more. Use 4 inch rubber sleeves to connect the filter and U tube to the fixed pipes.

Pipe aperture dimensions:

Input side is a female (flange) fitting: external diameter 118mm, internal diameter 110mm. Fits to Graf Optimax or 110mm (4 inch) pipe without a slip coupler.

Output side is a male fitting: external diameter 110mm, internal diameter 102mm approx. Requires slip coupler to connect to 110mm (4 inch) pipe or female flange on the ongoing pipe.
