you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in
its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or
exchange.

 Delivery to your door
The
cost of delivery is normally calculated when you enter your
delivery address at checkout. The amount payable will be shown
before you commit to payment.
Some products include the cost of delivery to
mainland UK sites and where this option applies it will normally be
stated in the text. Where offered, any delivery cost included in the
price is for deliveries to
Mainland UK locations only. Inclusive Delivery Offers do not include delivery to
Northern Ireland, some Highland areas, Scottish Islands and UK Islands e.g. Isle of
Man. This is due to premium charges for transport imposed by
carriers to cover time and ferry costs.
We can
deliver to non-mainland destinations and to Western
Europe, however
additional charges may apply. Please call 0800 074
7234 if you require delivery to addresses other than
Mainland UK.
 When delivery takes place, some
products and systems will require lifting equipment
to unload from the lorry. If you have concerns about
delivery, location of your site or the need
for equipment, please contact us. We have never
failed to deliver yet!
IMPORTANT NOTE : if you suspect
parcel deliveries may be a problem, please add information
to your delivery details when you order
e.g.
'leave in porch if no reply'.
