One Year Warranty
Rainwater Harvesting Limited is a retail supplier of
rainwater harvesting products. The company does not
offer installation or service of products or systems
supplied by the company.
If any product is found to be faulty in parts or workmanship within one year of purchase we will offer to
either repair or replace the product. The warranty does not apply to recovery or other works related to installation. If we ask you to return the product to us we will credit you with the cost of return postage. We will ask for a description of the fault. The warranty does not cover normal 'wear and tear' that occurs in normal everyday use or damage sustained by misuse or use outside the manufacturer's instructions
or any costs connected with installation and fitting. If we are unable to replace or repair the item for example, because the product is not available and the item is returned to the
company, we will refund the cost of your purchase.

Consumer Returns &
Cancellation Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within
7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition.
IMPORTANT: Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.
Your notice of cancellation policy is supplied with your
email receipt.
Site Visits
In the event that a customer of RainWater Harvesting
Limited requires the company to check the installation
of a complete system supplied by us, an expert can be
made available at the customer's cost at the following
rates:
Within 100 miles of Peterborough - half day - £150 plus
mileage at 40p per mile
Within 200 miles of Peterborough - full day - £250 plus
mileage at 40p per mile
Over 200 miles from Peterborough - by negotiation, if
available.
In the event of a return visit caused by diagnosis in
the first visit of a fault in a critical item of
equipment which needs replacing under warranty, the
second visit is free of charge.
Delivery
We want to deliver your purchase to you in the shortest possible time and will do our utmost to ensure this happens.
Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked national parcel carrier so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.
If you suspect delivery may be a problem, please add information to your delivery details when you order e.g. 'leave in porch if no reply' or 'leave at No19 if no reply'
If the delivery fails twice because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call. If you do not call or contact Rainwater Harvesting
Ltd on 0800 074 7234, the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and
we will have to charge you for the cost of the
second delivery.
In the case of larger items,
suitable transport will be arranged, e.g. low load
lorry. If you suspect there may be difficulties with the
delivery due to access to the site or there not being a
person able to sign for the delivery, it is vital to
contact us on 0800 074 7234 or 01733 405102. Please note
that lifting equipment may be required at the site.
