These automatic pumps from SteelPumps are equipped with an electronic micro-processor board, flow sensor with cobalt Samario magnets, a pressure gauge and built-in check valve. As soon as the pressure in the output pipe builds up the pump shuts off, probably quicker than any other pump. Ideal for pumping into the house against the stop cocks of the toilet cistern and washing machine, but also in the garden when you might be opening and closing the spray head of your hosepipe.
Like all submersible pumps, prime it before first use by removing the small cap and pouring water (about 5 litres) in until full.
